Raquelle Henry on men's suits really knows her stuff! I don't know a thing about it and she was super helpful. I found my man a sharp suit at a great price. Thank you Miss Raquelle. It's rare to find customer service like this so I hope your boss really appreciates you!
This place is so overpriced and extremely uncomfortable. I saw corporate employees "visiting" and harassing poor merchandisers to 'greet and say hello' to every single customer that walks by. On top of that there some aggressive pathetic team of 'lost prevention' bothering customers. This store is a total nightmare just like the Cottonwood store and their employees there.
I went in and the jewlery was not the right size. The manager stated they do not do refunds or exchanges, because of previous scams... If your going to sell jewelry have experience personal in your department to avoid scams!! No wonder they closed.
Macy's has some good deals but the selection of sizes for both men and woman's clothing was limited. The "last chance" sale section for men's shoes had less than 6 pairs. They have several fitting rooms but only 1 was open today, which is okay because some places don't have any fitting rooms open due to Covid. I had difficulty getting cell service in a few areas of the store on the lower level.
Love this store. I always find what i need plus more. Quality is great. I also love the childrens department.
