Well my house caught on fire with a dryer I was buying through them and i also got the extra insurance threw them incase something like this was to happen they would replace it. Well I sent them the fire report 3 times before they actually sent it to their corporate office. And now I’m still waiting on them the get me a new dryer. I’ve already tore down the home that burnt and moved in a mobile home in it place before rent one is able to get me the dryer they owe me for pay for that extra insurance for two years. Oh yeah I’m also still paying for the dryer they haven’t replaced they are still pulling money from my account each week.
Everyone is polite and efficient. They made us feel like we were part of the family not just another customer.

There is nothing they can't help me find. There has been more than one time something went out that I wouldn't be able to afford to just go buy a new one. They have always gone above and beyond to find me that item in my budget and the guys that come out and install it are super courteous and know exactly what they are doing.
