Good clothes at reasonable and affordable prices. The only problem is its hard to find my size. Pants my size with 32 or 33 waist but they make pants length in 30. Which are too short.
Staff was so rude will never go there again
Ordered jeans for my father on line. Wanted to try their "curbside pickup". When I received email saying jeans were in, I parked in the designated spot and checked in electronically telling them which spot I was in. I sat for 15 minutes with their text saying someone would be there shortly. After another 5 minutes I tried calling the store. No one At the store answered my call. I finally had to go in. 2 sales associates are at the registers and were not busy. When I told them my difficulty in being able to get curbside service, one told me they had not seen the notification that I was waiting. Okay...... hard to believe since I had 2 texts acknowledging me. Both associates didn't seem to care that I had waited so long or that I had to come in. Both associates had very little concern annoy the lack of service or the fact that no one answered their phones. I was trying this to see if using on line ordering and curbside pick up could be helpful to me 95 year old mother who had mobility issues. Please retrain your associates in customer service and in manners!
FRIENDLY SALES ASSOCIATES AS ALWAYS. Longer lines, but it's like that everywhere nowadays with Covid-19. Just allow enough time.
The salon staff is always so friendly and welcoming! Lee Ray is the best stylist I have ever had. The salon is clean. I always feel very safe!
