Kohl's is amazing... The greeters, cashier's, and management are spot on... Ask a question and you're given instructions how to find what you seek... As I enjoy being personable I enjoy encouraging those whom I meet... Having been a Foreman/Personnel manager??? I can spot a good to excellent person from a slouch... Their smile's mean a lot to me as I lived up to make at least one person smile everyday... So if you're looking for excellent prices and that one odd item, a bamboo cutting board makes the perfect serving player but nasty on knife blades (dulls even the sharpest fast)... Go to Kohl's and enjoy the experience...

UPDATE: If I could lower this star any further, I would. Was just there this weekend, and was extremely disappointed in the entire experience. Kohl's used to be a place to get a good deal on clothing, which is helpful to my large family. That appears to be a thing of the past, as the sales were terrible, the stock was extremely limited, and the people were rude. Watching the manager deal with another customer rudely, and having our cashier be very short and condescending with us, along with the terrible sales and stock - we likely will never return to a Kohl's, and certainly not this location... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tired of Kohls "changing their policies" which just means finding new ways to screw over customers... We just made a purchase, and earned $10 in kohls cash. Got home and realized that one item was wrong, and returned to the store 30 minutes later. Went to customer service and was told we had to do a return and a new purchase, which voided out our original kohls cash, even though the replacement item easily kept the total over the needed amount. This policy change, along with their ever increasing list of items on their coupon exclusion list, is making it less and less desirable to shop here. They are going to policy change their way out of business...

*THE AMAZON RETURN IS IN THE MEN'S DEPT!*I love it because it's closed off from the rest of the mall right now, they're still taking Amazon returns and you even get a coupon when you return something. Everyone was real polite even when i wasn't and i apologized. The lady was very understanding given that things have moved and changed.
