My husband booked a spa couples package for both of us. We walked in and the woman who was supposed to be at the front desk was shopping the products smelling something. She looked at us and I thought she was a customer. She pauses goes behind the desk. My husband gives us her our name. She says fill out these forms you can sit in the waiting room and I'll get you your robes. We do ,and wait and wait, all the time listening to the receptionist talk to a co- worker about this and that just chatting, no one comes to give us robes. My husband becomes annoyed. Goes up to them asks what next step is. Receptionist was like ooh yeaaa shows us a cabinet where robes were, walks away. We walked out. I'm not spending $200 to $300 for horrible service. I'd give them a zero if I could!
I have been seeing Hazel since 2019, and love the amazing results she’s consistently produced. Hazel is attentive, listens to what I want, and is able to educate and provide those results in a safe, professional manner. Hazel is such a lovely person, great attitude, and I look forward to continuing our relationship!
Donna & Melissa are amazing, nothing bad about this place. We had a good time and enjoyed ourselves we will definitely be back..
