Quapaw Baths & Spa

All the staff were friendly and professional and made us feel welcome. The facilities were beautiful, well kept, and clean. Throughout our visit, safety measures for the virus were communicated and enforced.nWe went for the $20/person public pools. When we first checked with the staff on wait time around noon, we were told there were 14 people ahead of us, so we decided to come back later. We walked around the area and enjoyed the locale. By 2:30, there was zero wait and we could enjoy the pools for as long as we wanted. The staff even supplied us with plenty of water since hot pools make you sweat! I hope to experience some of the fancy spa treatments at my next visit.

Private couple baths are so relaxing... Color changing lights. Tranquil music in a jetted tub with mineral infused waters... I feel like rubber now. After they give ice cold towels infused with peppermint oil to cool your face a body. Over all a great experience! For a romantic day trip

Incredibly disappointed with the way our reservation was handled. I reserved a couple's aromatherapy private bath, and, since we were traveling with our son and daughter, I also asked if they could use the thermal pools while my wife and I were in the private baths. The reservations lady confirmed that they would be able to do so and that we did not need to make a reservation as there would be availability. The day before our visit, I received a call to confirm our appointment, and I once again asked about the usage of the thermal pools as our kids would be coming with us; the response was that they would be able to get in because they weren't busy at that time of day.nnWe drove all the way from Houston, TX, to experience the thermal pools, only to be told that none of us would be able to get into the pools because they had 40 other people on the waiting list. Well, we were told we could put our names on the list, but realistically, it was more a formality as there was no way we were getting in that day. It was beyond disappointing to find this out as I specifically asked multiple times to try to avoid this from happening. As usually happens, someone came out to let us know that it is listed on their website as a first-come/first-served, which, I completely understand. However, when you speak to a live person part of their staff and they give assurances you'll be able to get in, there is no reason to doubt them.nnMy son and I decided to let the ladies at least enjoy the private bath, since that reservation was already paid for and we waited in the car. Not a pleasant experience whatsoever! Also a terrible way to handle this type of issue by the staff. Simply saying they would find out who made those assurances doesn't fix anything.

My husband and I did the Quapaw Special which is a private bath and a good head to toe massage. This was our first spa experience and it was worth every penny. Having a good romantic spa day here was the way to go. The staff were friendly and very professional. We will definitely come back next time we are in town!

It’s pretty much what you’d expect: hot water you sit in. But it is very refreshing. They also had friendly service, clean locker rooms, and free ice water for drinking. I’d say 20 bucks is a fair price, especially with no time limit.
