We have purchsed several pieces of furniture and appliances from Roby's over the years. We have always been impressed with the knowledge and kindness the sales personal have. Natalie was wonderful in helping my son choose a new mattress and bedroom set. Clint and Tristan delivered our new mattress and took the extra time to put together the frame and set up his bed. This is our second purchase from Roby’s in Tillamook and we will be buying more. Lorna sold us our living room sofas and now our mattress. She is awesome; always goes the extra mile, taking a lot of time with us to make sure we’re happy with our purchases. Tristan and Clint delivered our mattress and they were great; very friendly and careful with our house and furniture. Natalie helped set up our delivery and she too was very friendly.nWe’ve never had anything but positive experiences with the staff and quality of our purchases at Roby’s. We loved the chocolate bar too!

Ordered beautiful platform bed and mattress. It arrived and was beautiful. We have an older house, and hard to get things in and out. Clint and Tristan were very kind, helpful, and professional in getting the large pieces into our packed house. Everything went together perfectly, and we love the mattress. We know where to go for all our furniture needs. A piece of furniture isn't perfect until it is sitting in the desired location in your home. That is what Robys provides so well!

Thank you Dyanne.nUnfortunately, the mattress we purchased had a manufacturers defect which showed up within the first month we slept on it. That led us to Hays, who helped us through the process of getting a replacement, quickly and without additional charge. This was exceptional service because we ended up getting a slightly different mattress than our original choice (we were a little cannon shy of that model).
