I've been coming to Office Depot For all my business needs And have been extremely happy. The staff has Always been eager to help and knowledgeable on their products Then there was today. I came in to pick up my business cards. The first thing I noticed is the product look cheap The email address was wrong. the whole thing look like it was quenched together, Unacceptable. Johnny made a few attempts not listening To the way I wanted my cards made. I would have gladly paid double for a good product but I canceled the order to do poor workmanship and or lack of knowledge on Office Depot equipment. Management, please. Look into this.

The manager and staff in printing services is amazing they work so hard for accuracy and timeliness. I have multiple businesses and they always print my orders correctly and i love the great service they provide.

I buy my Canon Pixma printer ink (sometimes Office Depot brand) at the Hot Springs Store. I signed up for the rewards card and for the first year and a half I received coupons that I could use toward my Canon printer supplies. For the past couple of years, the coupons won't work for my purchases which have not changed. I do not appreciate giving out my personal info for purely marketing purposes and said so during recent purchase. I was annoyed, however, the employee Johnny, was very patient and polite to me. Much appreciated. He told me about price matching so I can continue to purchase my printer supplies in the Hot Springs store rather than Prime. I appreciate his professionalism in the face of my annoyance and for giving me great info. I like to shop in person so thank you Johnny! I hope your employer values you as a person and employee.

Super helpful staff people ALL OVER THE STORE!nCHECK OUT THEIR CALENDAR SELECTION! Super Sales Customer Service agents TREY AND JON were FABULOUS! Answered every QUESTION I had and lead me to store specials and displays, along with assisting me with why I was in Office Depot. Highly recommend THIS location for computer needs, shipping and of course, PAPER PRODUCTS!
