Customer service is HORRIBLE. Micheal who was the only one in the store at the time ignored me.. when I approached him amd asked a question he stood on his phone and didn't acknowledge me.. the only thing he said was HE DIDNT KNOW. Didn't bother to help..he proceeded out the door towards the moving truck. I've never missed a payment and this was how i got treated. Nobody ever knows ANYTHING.

I have to give one star because there's no rating for how bad this place is! Total incompetence, ignorance of product, Common Sense, common courtesy,,,, They outright lie about products and services!!!!! You will regret trying to do business here! To the hundreds of people who saw me over the weekend with my JBL system, DO NOT GO TO ARRON'S to get it!
Ordered a washer dryer set took 2-3 days to deliver which I understand. Plug up the dryer and it doesn't spin called and let them know said they would have one out 4 days later. OK fine the end of the 4th day I call and ask whats going on they say they don't know what Im talking about but they will have one out to me the next day. The end of the next day I call back and they inform me there is no delivery driver because he called in and are unsure when I will get my dryer. Mind you I have already paid 3 months ahead and a whole week and a half after paying I'm still without the set and going to a laundry mat spending money. Nice staff but this is ridiculous
I’ve been told by at least three separate people about how they had bought couches and chairs and there were bedbugs in all of them. This is totally unacceptable and disgusting, I will not be coming here until there’s been a public announcement that they are clear of bedbugs.
