New wave is a terrible place to make a deal, I bought a phone from them and I wanted to return it, but they don’t take back the phone. you would have to mail it off to the place they got it from. An on top of that I paid a down payment to the phone, and now they told me they don’t do refunds on that either, would’ve been nice to mention something that important to a customer, never again going to that place
I bought an iPhone 7 from them for $260 (including a case) and after a week of using it the battery messed up. I went back and said that i need my money back or for it to be fixed, they fixed it for no charge then it messed up again. well this time i brought it back and said i just need my money back. they said they cant do a refund but they can send it to get fixed again. I said okay lets do it. Then she called about an hour later and said that i can have an 8 to replace the 7. New wave does good deals but it theres something wrong with the phone theyll help you!!
The Sims card stopped working and they wanted me to buy the bring your own kit sims kit from wal-mart after paying 250 a month that's ridiculous.
