Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had, and this is the second time I attempted to aquire service from this certain business, dealing with the same person.
Can't beat deals. Great coverage compared to the competition, monthly service plan price are A+! Outstanding job, guys and gals!
I've had several bad experiences at this store with the manager lady. She appears to be on some type of mine altering substance. Does not look good for the store having someone like this running it!!
The sales rep was so friendly. She discussed different options and phones that we're available. She took her time and made sure that we were happy with the decisions that were made.
Went to pay my bill in person today and they had a big red tag on the door??? Something about not paying taxes??nReally now where do we go for services?
