It was, while it was still open, a decent store. A little on the small side, but was well stocked & managed with courteous & helpful employees. I think their business would have been greatly improved had the main entrance to the store not been on the back side of the Mall, which is rather trashy in comparison to the front.

The jewelry department was very corporative and treated me like a person they didn't push me to make my mind up on buying anything.

I love JCPenny! I bought a ton of towels for $50. They are soft and absorbent. Can't bear the price!

Looking for new drapes. Very slim selection, and none in the standard 63 inch size.

Got a great present for my sister's birthday (super cheap great sale)nSalon was great to me also. Good to know there are still nice people out there.
