Shopped at James Avery inside Dillard's. Great experience.
Still managing to hang in there as a brick and mortar store. The store is well kept and stocked. Selection is lacking when it comes to the kids dress clothing and ladies formal wear. The few employees that still work here try hard and are as helpful as they can be.
A lot of help from the employees and easy to find sales. Beautifully decorated
Sad to see that this store has completely given up on cleanliness. Carpets in the Junior Denim changing rooms have glitter pressed into wads of possibly gum in them. Pretty gross. I wouldn't have been shocked to see tumbleweeds blow by. Stocked but sad.
I did not enter Dillards in the Hot Springs Mall. I was actually walking the halls of the mall with my wife. When we walk the mall we found walking the perimeter 5 times is equal to 3 miles. This an enjoyable walk especially when it is above 90 degrees outside. Most of those in the mall wore masks.nPenny's and Dillards were open but had few customers. About a dozen other stores were open. A candy store, bed and bath, a large shoe store, Rue 21, American Outfitters, sport store and a few places to eat. It was not difficult to keep your distance from others. From what I saw most everyone and stores were practicing Covid 19 guide lines. If you want to get out of the house I would recommend this place.
