HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! either they need to close after afternoon or they need to make a stuff for all day to run the store , The kids that they have running this place need to be trained properly and need to learn how to LISTEN to orders instead of telling for every order we don't have we cook 1 time in morning only , They will likely get your order wrong. they need to be trained well for giving at least decent customer service or answers . i never suggest anyone to stop by at this dunlin's donut they definately screw your order .

My vanilla cold coffee was delicious but when I placed my order I asked if they had oat milk and was told they certainly did but when I got to the window they said they didn't have any. I accepted regular milk and asked for whipped cream but they claimed they didn't have any. They stopped just short of calling me Soy Boy.

I usually go there for my break from work and their quick, and the bacon egg n cheese croissant or bagel is always on point.

Very bad customer service. It’s a bunch of kids running this location. The guy with brown hair and blue eyes who’s usually taking the drive thru order has no customer service etiquette whatsoever. I sat there for over 5 minutes waiting until I got tired and drove to the window. Instead of apologizing he said “ugh I asked you what you wanted”... like Really?? Instead of apologizing and offering to take my order? Such a waste of time. Starbucks is more expensive but has better customer service. Don’t bother with this location.
