They always take a very long time to get medication. You can drop off your prescription and they will say it will take them 45 minutes. Thats a long time to fill a simple prescription. Then when you sit in line and go to pick it up that 45 minutes later they tell you its not ready. They say give it another 15 minutes. Then it aint ready then either.
One of THE BEST Walmart pharmacies I have been to. They are always friendly, pleasant, courteous, efficient, and patient... even at their busiest times, whether it is on the phone or in person.
The wait to pick up an already filled Rx is 30-60 minutes. If a Rx is called in, it will take 8+ hours to get filled. The closing time on the drive-thru is 7:45. I pulled up at 7:32 and it was closed. I had to go in and wait 30 minutes to pick up an already filled Rx. Very very slow service. The people are nice, but they are always under staffed.
Went there to get my 1 months script pulled up to window and the a-hole shut the window and walked away! Horrible and no compassion.
Walmart now thinks they are doctors!!! I showed with a prescription for my son who was with me and his broken arm, and was they couldn't fill it without talking to the doctor first!!! I do not appreciate being treated like a junkie bc I'm trying to take care of my child!! I will never fill another prescription with them I dont care if it's for aspirin!!! And tbh if I can I wont give them another cent of my money for anything!!!
