Stephen and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, honest and accommodating and also considerate of people’s finances. We were so excited to see that a Steinway Store was put in the area and love the integrity. Also love how they give back to the community. Stephen is an outstanding master technician and an asset for all piano owners in Arkansas. When my wife and I purchased our Steinway - S, he was available for all our questions, some of which I know were not indicative of Steinway knowledge, with just a phone call! My wife and I were both impressed to see Stephen personally deliver our piano and promise to return in several weeks to retune it after it has time to acclimate to the room conditions. We are confident that his skill will keep our piano in top shape for years to come!

Stephen, and later Tim, have tuned my 1930's vintage Vose and Sons piano for many years. Eventually, the crack in the sound board and pin block worsened to the point that it would not hold the tuning for more than a few days. Stephen had been very honest with me along the way and we had discussed repairs. Then, he opened his Steinway store and I went to buy a used piano. A new Essex by Steinway satisfied my desire to excellent sound and quality within a budget. (My granddaughter loves to play it also. ) It has been a pleasure to work with Stephen through the years with his consistent technical abilities, quality customer service, and high standards. I’m so thankful I was given Steven’s name when I was looking to purchase a new piano. The new Steinway Gallery is so inviting, with a helpful friendly staff. Steven and his staff helped me find the perfect baby grand. It was a dream purchase, they walked me through it and got me set up with regular tunings that work with my schedule. I’m so glad central Arkansas has a Steinway Gallery owned and operated by such honest and quality people.

Steve and Eric are two great piano people. Steve with his great knowledge of quality pianos showed us many common mistakes people make in trying to buy a piano without having great knowledge of the subject. Steve and Eric have fantastic knowledge of what goes into a fine instrument and what makes a piece of junk. They truly know pianos ,and there trade in policy is fantastic. I cannot imagine trying to buy a piano without Steve’s input. These people really care about the customers
