Finally found the battery I needed! Helpful salesperson took me right to it. Of course WM didn't have them.
This is a good place to go if you don't know what you want or need something right now. The staff are very polite and want to help, but as far as their expertise goes, it varies, but is generally good. If you know what you want and can wait a few days, there's nothing in here you can't get for WAY cheaper online (even the exact same make and model of item.) Don't be afraid to google something before buying it to check the margins.
They have a decent amount of stock for a small store. The prices are competitive.nnIf you have a problem, the only ways to handle it are to come back, go into the store and wait for an expert, or arrange a return. Don't bother trying to reach anyone on the phone. The chat feature on their website feels like a better way to occupy your time, but unless you have a very straightforward issue ultimately you likely won't get it resolved via chat.nnReturns are easy.
