Palmer Music is a well-rounded music store. I have always felt they care about what I need and I’ve received expert and personal service. They have a good variety of quality acoustic and electric guitars and equipment. Excellent service and repair. I love these folks. I travel from Little Rock just to do business with PM.
I took my guitar in for new strings and general cleaning. The gentleman on the phone told me that it would be a couple of days if I remember correctly. I got called about three hours later saying it was finished. They had straightened the neck of my guitar and gone the extra mile to do you some custom adjusting to make the strings closer to the frets for easier playing. Recommend these guys very very much!
My son recently started violin lessons. He absolutely loves going! We were also helped by getting measured for the correct sized violin for him and how to rent one. He recently broke a string and I was able to call them, buy a pack over the phone, and then my son was able to have them there and ready for him when he went to his lessons without me having to walk in with my youngest ud83dude4cud83cudffc Beyond helpful!
These guys awesome awesome! Palmer Music Co is my go to for any of my instrument/music needs. They are always friendly and provide exceptional service. I moved about 30 minutes away recently but still make the drive anytime I need anything music related or even just to ask the staff question to learn more. Solid place!
