Clean up the boxes from stocking.
Ordered some car stuff and went to go pick it up. Was told on the phone that I can park in a parking space in the lot and call the number on the sign to get my order. When I got there, I did that. I was then told that they won't bring it out and I have to go in to pick it up from the tower. The tower worked fine.
Normally can find anything needed in this store. Due to covid and online grocery pick up it has been hard for the shelves to stay stocked on the grocery side.
I do pick up orders and every time I have a pick up the employee Sara is always very rude to me she always threatens to not give me my order I have a family so for someone to try to treat me like I’m not a human is beyond me. I definitely made a complaint with corporate because if your in customer service you definitely need to know how to talk to people or you shouldn’t be working there
Its Walmart. Good prices and lots of stuff. The only drawback is the fact that its mostly self check out. If they would open up a few more check outs it would be more convinent and I would have given them 5 stars
