Really impressed with the knowledge and service at TGS. Called ahead and spoke with, then was assisted in person by Quinn. Needed a new laptop for school, Quinn was really helpful and I appreciate it.

These guys are great! I bought a router from them to get service from a new internet company in town and the router needed serviced and I was told to call the router company and have them help me fix it. I got the run around for hours so I called Technjcal Genius Solutions and they just told me to bring it in. They fixed the router for me and they did it for free and with a smile. I will definitely be giving them all my business from now on!

I had really gotten my Android cell phone into a visual and technical mess! I was pretty sure that I was just going to have to start over with a new phone! I called and made an appointment with a gentleman named Phil. He had an hour booked for me and I had his undivided attention for that time. The store was VERY busy, but he managed to treat the other customers courteously while making sure that I felt tended to! In no time at all my phone was better than it ever has been and I was as out the door complete with a recommendation for a great Mexican restaurant in Dallas I had never tried before. Best Mexican in town. Everything is made from scratch. Anyway. Our charge on the cell phone was totally fair and reasonable. I would go back again FOR SURE. In the meantime, my husband made an appointment for help with his computer the next day and is really looking forward to getting that handled. There are two other guys that work there so there is always someone at your service! We are so lucky to have this shop in our little town! Oh!
