As a result of a massive stroke my sister could not remember the pass code on her phone. The employees at this T-Mobil went above and beyond to assist me with her phone. They tried everything they could to save her data. Ultimately they had to reset the phone but they were all just great!

Customer service employees do not tell you the truth about some of the products they sell and they do not let the customers first

Horrible experience. I spent 2.5 hours with very nice people - but asked repeatedly for a 128 gig phone and found out it was a 64 gig phone. I've been trying to call them for 2 days - they do not answer their phone. The central T Mobile line could not reach them either. I switched from AT&T to T Mobile and am really starting to regret that decision. I'm in CA so can't go back to the store. No bueno.

They tried to scam me in the most obvious way. I went in to see if my phone had water damage since the back of my phone doesnt come off. They stoid there looking stoned asking if i wanted a referbished phone or i can spend over $150 just to get a new one. I spent $800 on this phone and have 2 insurances why would i spend that kind of money.
