The ambiance are so calming and relaxing. They are right on time of your appointment which is very important to me. The front desk are very polite and friendly they explain everything you needed to know. They even convinced me to sign up for membership lol!nBut the reason i signed up really is because of my masseuse LISA.. Shout out to herud83dudc4fud83dudc4fud83dudc4fnShe's very polite and professional. Made me feel comfortable since the beginning of our session. Ask what part of my body need to focus on. Her massage demonstrate a relaxing to invigorating effect. Every stroke was very gentle but spot on.nAnd the most important is i love how she treat my body with respect..❤❤nSurely recommend hand and stone massage spa with friends and relatives.
The massage was a few minutes short of 50 minutes (there is a clock in every massage room to remind you), but I felt my masseuse took the time to work out my trouble areas (shoulder, neck tightness). I did have to ask her for a firmer massage, which she tried to accommodate. The room was clean and without any overpowering scents. I was relaxed by the end and just wish the massage was longer! Can't wait to be back!
Been a customer for over 2 years. Since the day they opened. There membership is great and ud83dudc86♀ufe0f therapist are great! Even wonderful facial products and services.
First of all I want to say- I love Ember. She has given me a handful of great facials- that’s why I am putting stars here at all.nSecond- I signed up for a membership just a few months before the covid pandemic. When the pandemic hit I called to cancel my membership because I did not want to be charged for months on something I cannot use. When I called to cancel my account stopped charging so I figured I was set.nToday I received an unexpected charge and called their office because I was confused on why all of a sudden I was getting charged. The receptionist said that my account was never canceled and just put on hold (I had no idea this was never communicated to me) I did not even know they were open again and I was never called ahead of time before $$$$ being taken out of my account! I am highly disappointed. The receptionist said they had the wrong email and actually laughed but I am extremely disappointed. I signed the termination contract but am still getting charged for a facial I won’t use because I don’t want to put myself at risk during a freaking pandemic!!!!
I have enjoyed this spa tremendously. I have seen five different specialists for massage and facials and they have all been wonderful. I am so happy I am a member here!
