The Heart of MassagenDeep TissuenTracey is incredibly talented, intuitive and caring. She was able to provide me with deep relaxation that I desperately needed, and relieved stiffness that I consistently experience in my shoulders, neck and hips. I was delighted that she had her own techniques and stretching experience to help me in these ares and increase my flexibility from just one session. I was also very impressed and comforted by all the extra precautions Tracey is taking for covid. Her space is immaculate, warm and inviting, and you can melt into your massage knowing you're in safe and caring hands. Thank you Tracey!!
I was worn out, stressed, and sore and walked by a sign on the sidewalk that made me look online. I booked an appointment, and was able to get in early, way stoked! Tracey was very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and left me feeling a sense of great relief throughout my body. She knew exactly what areas needed attention, and upon my exit, shared a few stretches with me to help out! Will be returning and I strongly recommend everyone reading to seek out the therapeutic massage services at Heart of Massage. Thanks!!!!
