I bought a new home and had just arrived to discover that the carpet was unbearable. I contacted Quality Floorz and reached John he came out within an hour and measured the floor space. We then went to the showroom and I looked at the options. Luckily I found some super nice flooring in my price range. John rounded up a team of professional installers and they were on the job the next morning. They are all awesome!!
My husband and I bought a home, had to replace the carpet. Went very far to find a Lowe's and Home Depot, found nothing. I stated I want to support the locals, so we went to two stores in town. I was not satisfied, and on our way home we saw Quality Floorz. I said stop here. Heather approached us, with a mask....I stated our situation, told her the existing flooring was oak, so she took some oak samples, then compared to the carpets she thought would work with our colors. She came to our home! Who does that anymore? She knows her stuff about flooring, is very professional , and fun to work with. So anyone that is looking for good quality, and good workmanship, this is definitely your store.
Enjoyed working with Heather. Her assistance made all our worries disappear. She helped us choose our carpet color and style and we couldn't be more pleased. Also matched perfectly a small tile area with on hand supplies saving us money. The install went smoothly. Met with a small issue of necessary repairs to complete the job, a quick phone call to the store and done! Floor fixed, tile laid beautifully. Quality Floorz, quality folks.
What can I say that captures how blessed I am to have been one of their customers? I feel like I have a brand new home and Quality Floorz made it achievable. They had exactly what I was looking for and prices I could actually afford. This is not just a floor store. They actually cared about helping my family fall in love with our home again. Plus the professional instillation crew they work with was amazing, well mannered, and cleaned up after themselves. There is just not enough ways to rave Quality Floorz!
