I went there this morning 6/19/2020 and was very surprised on how I was treated, the couple that was working I guess a husband and wife from what i understood were very, very kind to me. It really felt good going into a place of business where the employees cared about what I was purchasing. They smiled so much I was thinking they had been smoking a joint ud83dude02ud83dude02 KIDDING, they were very kind to me, answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the products I was thinking of buying and before I knew it I was spending a few hundred dollars there. It was just great to have someone that took their time to help me and I gotta tell ya in today’s world it’s hard to see anyone smile at there job, after I left I just had to thank The Lord for such a beautiful, kicked back and slow paced town. Heber Springs Is the greatest place to live , but back to the review, the couple were great and so nice to me and paid attention to what I was needing, great job guys never let the kind spirit you both had ever leave you because it’s needed in the life of so many hurting people today, I give y’all a HIGH FIVE, HANG TEN AND A BIG THANK YOU.

It's hard to beat a Kenmore Elite appliance. Replacing a set of Kenmore Elite washer and dryer over 15 years old. You know what I replace them with!

I am a local customer in Heber Springs, who initially rated this stor with a 1 star, due to a local contractor that worked for them repairing appliances. Who failed on all levels of customer service, repair, clean up and not to mention...charged me $75.00.nHowever, upon speaking with the management and owner (Tim), both were very apologetic and went above and beyond in customer service by recommending someone else outside of Heber Springs and returning my money without question.nI have made many large purchases through this location and will continue to do so because of this type of above and beyond service. Thank you Tim and Mark, I highly recommend your store to anyone looking for great customer service.
