Mark has set up my last three I-phones. He makes the process easy, no-stress, and makes me feel confident about my purchase. He knows his stuff! Very professional; an asset to Verizon!
So we were told we would get $150 per phone we ported to Verizon. So we ported two. We were assured we would get $300 in a prepaid card in a few weeks. When we went to fill in for the rebate it stated the promo was expired. So I called the store.. Spoke with Daniel, the store manager, who also sold us the phones, he said he was sorry there was nothing he could do. He admitted he was in the wrong by promoting a promotion that was no longer any good. Verizon isn't standing behind what we were told. The store isn't willing to honor what we were told. This is a scam. It is not right to not honor what the store told us. We wouldn't have gone thru with it had we'd known the truth that we weren't going to get the rebate. IDK WHAT HAPPENED to customer service. So if you are looking for an honest sales person you won't find it here. What you will find is sales reps willing to lie to gain sales. I realize times are tough and they need sales THIS is not the way to do it. Shame on you Verizon.
Came in looking for something, came out with that something. The process was quick and simple. The two women working were friendly and helpful.
I’ve been using the Verizon in Heber Springs for over a year now and have had nothing except outstanding service. All of the reps are friendly and knowledgeable about the devices and have even shown my 21 year old self a thing or two! I hate to see a comment about some entitled womans’ fast OPINIONS about not only the store as a whole, but the character of It’s reps (who I can assure you, are very kind, helpful, and not thieves). For Ms. Tanya Smart, how many times have you been into this particular Verizon (or any other place of business) had a great experience, and cared to leave a PUBLIC COMMENT gawking over its outstanding service? Probably not often, if at all. A word of advice for Ms. Smart and all of the other KARENS out there: Maybe allow your common sense and reasoning to guide your opinions and judgements of other people’s’ character before attacking them on a public platform :) People make honest mistakes. I was told a tarantula lives in the bathroom therefore I could not give 5 stars. As for service.. it is top notch considering there is one full time employee.
