U-Haul Trailer Hitch Super Center of Gresham

I don't often give a 1 star review, but this place deserves it. I've never had to wait so long just to pick up a truck. We called ahead, gave all of our info over the phone, and specifically asked if we would need to give our card info again when we got in there, they told us no. Well, that wasn't the case, so my 74 year old father on oxygen had to come in and go over it again with the guy. That could be excused as a miscommunication, but the service was soooooo slow, and the communication with customers was non existent. Nobody apologized, and nobody seemed interested in making the experience a positive one. Later on when we dropped off the truck I asked a lady if I had to wait in the very long line to drop the truck, and she said no, then mumbled a bunch of stuff, said uh at least 15 times, all while trying to answer a call on her cell phone. She eventually told me I could drop the keys in the after hours box, though she didn't seem 100% sure of that. That was what I did, but I didn't feel totally confident leaving them there.

Reasonably quick and easy, efficient and friendly... They did try to stick me with paying for more fuel by renting the vehicle and setting the contract with a half full tank when the tank was actually about 1/3 full.. on a 40 gal tank. That could be as much as 6 gallons, or $18 extra for them...

Staff is pretty rude. Never once greeted or even acknowledged. I felt more of a nuisance than I did a paying customer. The first time I thought, “Okay, this guy is having a bad day” but the second time I came in, same treatment. Both times I’ve came in, no one has offered to help bring boxes to my car or even said hello. A simple HI! Unbelievable.

Dude its uhaul...pre enter your information on the website so you dont have to stand there and wait. Otherwise coffee is free, the trailers work, and hello dolly isnt a musical

Ok so been standing here for about 20 min I have now seen three employees and not one of them said anything. Make that four employees now. Lady just walked in and went right up and they helped her I guess I have to tell them to do there job awesome!
