We had a very unfortunate situation with the delivery driver, who was attempting to deliver something on behalf of Best Buy. Long story/short, FSA drivers/delivery people, at a minimum, should be able to speak fluent English. We went round and round with the driver and then received a call from FSA, assuming it was our problem the driver could not enter the neighborhood. We will definitely not recommend FSA to anyone.
Had to deal with FSA because they were Sears contractors for delivery and installation of a front load washer I purchased. My experience was incredibly awful, chiefly because Sears/FSA refused to install the unit after I paid nearly $250 for them to do so. Their reasoning was they would have had to disconnect my dryer to install the washer and that was 'against policy.' I spent nearly 2 full days on the phone with Sears warring with them to get a refund of my $250 if they weren't going to perform the services it paid for. Finally I got in touch with FSA who were just terrible from start to finish. I spoke to a manager there, Chris, who was unhelpful, clueless, and worst of all very very rude. FSA/Chris promised they would call me back regarding the status of my installation fee refund, and of course that call never came. At my wits end I went to my bank and filed a dispute for a chargeback of my money because the whole situation had grown way too ridiculous, and I had little faith in the ability of either Sears or FSA to resolve it. If you get stuck with FSA I pity you because they displayed nothing but incompetence the whole time I dealt with them, both in terms of their jobs and in terms of even the basic tenants of customer service.
