So this company was delivering something to my neighbors house today 9-10-20 in oregon city. I went out to run a few errands and when I came home their truck was completely blocking our driveway. This drive way is not just for my house but it is the ONLY in and out for 4 homes! I drove up along side them, they saw me with my blinker one and I was pointing at the truck saying I live here. I drove up to the next street to wait because I didnt want to block traffic, they made no effort to move whatsoever. I waited for 10 minutes with my crying baby in the backseat. After 10 minutes had past I decided to drive back over to them and tell them my situation, they were walking back to get in their truck. I really dont understand why it took them so long to finish because when I drove up they only had 1 pallet they were offloading with a hand truck.nnMy advice to this company; properly train your workers and make sure they arent blocking access to other homes! They could have easily backed into our neighbors driveway and avoided this whole thing.
If you got full truck (53 feet) than be ready to be here for minimum 4 hours and they unload by appointment only. Mine was at 9:00 AM, checked in at 7:40 AM and out by 13:04 PM. They need to hire more people.
Very disorganized and unprepared company. They expect you to reserve the whole day and wait for them to do their job, they act like you work for them. You pay a crazy expensive amount for a very poor job.nCostumer service is bad and people are rude. They act like you are asking them for a free favor.nI definitely do not recommend
Awful service. Was asked to reschedule, then they had no record of reschedule. Then told different time. Then they said I hadn't paid for room of choice. The delivery guys themselves were pros, but the company's communication and customer service is terrible.
