We have rented here a number of times for extra storage and to park our RV with no issues. This time, unlike any other, when we moved out (10/6) they did not want to issue a refund. Alli requested a refund even though the policy had changed and the request was approved. Thank you Alli for your extra efforts. It is sincerely appreciated.
Wonderful place! Rented a Uhaul but if I need storage this is where I'd go. Super clean, organized and a great staff! Super friendly and knowledgable. I was very impressed!
Signing up took a little longer than I expected, but once it was done the storage unit was great & I always felt our stuff was secure. When we were done storing our stuff we emptied the unit & made a phone call to end service. Simple as that!
My partner and I found your facility while driving by on Stark St., and we decided to stop in as we needed to rent a storage unit. We are very glad we did! I've rented 7 storage units at 5 different locations over my life time and the Stor-Room Mini Storage is the best out of all them. The service is amazing, the hours are great, the place is very clean including the bathroom and the entire property is very well maintained. I highly recommend this storage facility.
