Hours listed share that they are open Monday through Sunday, despite their offices being closed today, a Sunday. I arrived at 1:30 and no one is present. There is no dropbox key for uhaul returns either.

Loren the manager treats this business like it's his life's investment. Very nice to do business with him. Although price quote from home office (not here) wasn't clear to me . I'm ok because of Loren being an awesome manager.

Excellent customer service.

This NWSS location is clean and secure, and the folks who maintain the property are courteous and helpful. I rented here more than a year and encountered zero problems.
