Keep shipping my item to the FedEx in Portland than back to Troutdale and it's been rescheduleding delivery date

I had a package that was shipped on the 4th of August. It has been sitting in Troutdale for about 2 weeks. I live in Vancouver. I called customer service 3 times,and each time a rep has told me its on a truck for delivery and will be there on a certain day. Still nothing. So called back yesterday and talked to a supervisor, who claimed one number was wrong on package. ( If it was wrong,why did it take this long to ask to fix it,when i called about it last week )I corrected the mistake,and estimated delivery was going to be this Tuesday. Woke up this morning and checked again,now its back in ILLINOIS!!!!!!! and now it wont be here supposedly till the 31st. Why they sent it back across the united states is baffling to me. I know people are home ordering alot right now and ts backed up,i understand that,but be honest about it. If it said in the first place it will be here on the 31st,I can live with that. Its the fact that they are stringing along people to make their numbers look good. I really hope a higher up reads all of these reviews and take it into consideration,that they need to be honest with customers. Dont promise a service you know you cant provide. Package has sat there for 5 days. Now it’s gone and I can’t get any answers.

Package did not get delivered when it showed it was on the truck being delivered. Rescheduled for next day for no reason. Horrible experience. Rude, got hung up twice. No supervisor available is what they tell me. Had to go pick it up from them next day. All packages ordered sit at their location for 3 days past due without a reason just keep getting rescheduled. Useca different shipping company if you want on time delivery.

Package was to be delivered Thursday.... nope called they said it would be here Friday nope. When talking to them they said it will be delivered Saturday guarantee... ya right now it says Monday when I called I could not understand the guy and he is who I got when asking for a supervisor... when asked if he was Eddie said no he wasn't and refused to give me a supervisor when asked multiple times... then just says good by... FedEx i will never ever us you again... you are not dependable, you lied, rude, and not a business I will do business with again... just try and be honest that usually works
