We got helped immediately by Krystal. We needed a new phone. She brought out several devices. We choose one, she downloaded old phone to new phone. She was helpful and knowledgeable. My only negative was later on I cked Wallmart phones and found the exact phone we purchased for 99.00. I paid 249.00. Lesson learned.

Broke my phone while on vacation and needed to get a new phone quickly. Keisha was outstanding! Stopped by there and within 25-30 minutes, I had picked out a new phone (Keisha was very helpful with this process), she set it up, installed a screen protector, went over features of the phone and had me out the door! One of the best mobile phone buying experiences I have had.
