Brian, the owner, is very helpful and does all he can to meet you need. We had a problem and the help center said that they would take care of it but they didn't do anything. I called Brian and he took care of it in just a few days!!! THANK YOU BRIAN

Very friendly and the Sears Homestore is Family owned. Good appliances and excellent tools. The delivery went as smooth as possible and was on time. Will shop here again.
