Everything made fresh daily. Great salads with many vegetables. My favorite is Greek salad with quinoa. But hasn't been available for a month. And of course their bagels are excellent.

I think it is time for Panera to pack it up and leave Santa Fe. The service we recieved at Panera's Santa Fe location over the past few months can be summed up with the service I recieved at the drive-up window today. I placed my order at the drive-up window and was told that the salad I ordered was no longer available. After ordering another salad I asked if I could have a slice of bread with my salad; I was told that they were not serving bread and my only choice was an apple or chips. I gave the person at the window a $20 bill for my $17 purchase and was told that they already closed the change drawer ( the time was 5pm; the restaurant closed at 9pm) and they would keep the change or I had to use a credit card. Sorry, but with the service I recieved tonight, there is no reason for me to ever return to Panera.

Friendly staff, smiling and engaging, clean restaurant. The food was good they start good because my egg was perfect the sausage came from a frozen box and it wasn’t overly tasty. It filled me up and I guess that’s important too. Overall I’d say I’ll eat here again

I went in to get something for lunch the girl at the register was extremely nice I believe her name was sandi. She helped me through my whole order! She was quick and loud enough to where I could hear her. Loved her customer service! Food was great! Super tasty and very warm. Love how welcome she made me feel from beginning to when I left. She took my order gave me my cookies and took the time to make sure they had what I wanted and she got my drink since it was a bit complicated to explain what it was again to another staff member. Recommend!

Personally I like this place, it’s not expensive and bread is fresh, they bake stuff every morning I was told. Coffee is great, place itself is very nice, it’s open 25% of capacity now, personnel was really helpful and friendly. Big patio outside.
