T-Mobile

I was one of the first people to sign up with T-Mobile before they ever had a local retail store and I have now been with them (happily) for three years. The service is limited in northern Arkansas BUT they have signal boosters that they’ll send you for free for your home in order to provide stronger service while in your house. They are also working on a new Home Hotspot service for $45 per month but it hasn’t been introduced to our area just yet but I’ve been placed on the list for consideration in their expansion of the T-Mobile Home Hotspot services network so that I can have dedicated internet capabilities without using my cell phones hotspot to power my Smart TV and Laptop. I literally use T-Mobile as my cell service provider, home internet service provider(which runs my laptop, TV, and my newest addition of my iPad 8th generation), and device financing service for all these high priced Apple products I’ve grown to enjoy. When COVID-19 hit, T-Mobile stood by me as a valued customer and moved mountains to ensure I was able to pay out my bill over time as my income stream ground to a stop. Knowing that I wasn’t going to have my phone shut off during that first 3 months of the COVID-19 crisis was comforting and appreciated! Thank you, T-Mobile! I now have 4 devices and 4 independent lines with T-Mobile and I am one HAPPY CUSTOMER. ⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f If you have issues with T-Mobile, it’s probably something YOU are doing wrong, not T-Mobile. I’ve NEVER had an issue they couldn’t fix or address QUICKLY. If there was a billing problem, I brought it up and they apologized then credited my account. Even when my service was disconnected ONCE because I simply forgot to pay the bill, they reconnected all my lines and even had the courtesy to NOT CHARGE me a reconnect fee since it was the only time that had occurred on my account. So, yes, even when it’s your fault they’ll do right by you if you explain the error and ask for help. They’ve recently teamed up with Sprint and the network has expanded, increasing service capabilities and I am looking forward to seeing the continued expansion of this great company. Dump your other carrier and get with a carrier that appreciates its customers! T-Mobile for the WIN!

WILL NOT FINANCE ANY AMOUNT OVER $750.nI paid off my phone and since it wasnt working properly I decided to go in for an upgrade. In the past, I would trade in my phone. Pick out a new phone and start another payment plan rinse and repeat. NOT WITH T-MOBILE. They told me they would only finance $750 i have a perfect credit score and have never missed a paymet. They said the only way I could get a 2 year old 4g phone is if i pay $480 down and they would finance $750. Whats up with that? Here is the phone i want on amazon. Since when did people have to pay the difference up front without installments ALL I WANT IS A PAYMENT PLAN AND A PHONE THAT WORKS OR YOULL LOSE MY BUSINESS.

Removed all older phones off their website. Will not allow you to upgrade without paying the difference in cash up front. Financing has been capped. Customer service is outsourced to other countries and they're not concerned about losing customers. Terrible business model.

Santana is very knowledgeable and sweet. Her customer service is amazing. It was so nice working with someone so pleasant. I will be back.

There page says they closed at 8 and when we got there they were locking the door. Talk to some guy and he rudely tells us they are closed and I mentioned that there site said 8 and he rudely said we've been trying to fix but they haven't done it yet.
