Came in to get a few pints and ice cream cakes last minute for my birthday and a pink haired child told me they were “closing 15 minutes early due to COVID”. Called other locations and both stores informed me that although the franchises were owned by different people, they “knew that wasn’t true and believed the employee was making an excuse to close up early” and the other said “the adjusted hours for COVID are already posted” and sure enough, the employees statement did not match the sign with adjusted hours posted outside. Hope she got out on time to do whatever she felt was more important than her job.
Worse staff ever!!!! My son has never had ice cream from here. We came to enjoy a treat and they were horrible to us. We left without getting anything. They made us feel stupid. My son cried as we left thank you baskin Robbins for a horrible day.
Great spot for kids to get a treat.
This Baskin- Robbins is standard. Very friendly service . my family loves coming here regularly. I recommend trying the banana split.
It is conveniently located and the service is great!
