Just came here at 11:46 and there was not a single pretzel available to order. The person working wasn’t even there at all. The dough was left sitting out.
Pretzels are good, however, customer service sucks. Majority of the time their card reading device (Square) isn't there, therefore it's cash only. Despite all their signs saying they accept cards. I've gone literally 5 times, different days of the week too, and always they say " we don't take cards today". They seem not to care either that they're losing a sale. Too bad... Such potential.
Easily the best pretzels I’ve ever had and the pretzels themselves definitely get a 5 star rating! However the customer service is terrible! Spotty hours, often the clerk is missing when you show up and not available to help you! It’s a shame since the food is amazingly good! If you happen to catch them on a good day definitely stop here and don’t forget the jalapeño cheese!
The woman who treated me was in a bad mood, the first time I went and I did not want to go back, apart from charging to use the card. 👎👎👎👎
