Been here twice in the past month. Have seen employees not using gloves during this crises. Both were masked but were handling ice cream containers without gloves! I asked them about this and the one who served me put some on only then? Also the one who served me ice cream should have still washed her hands before putting the gloves on? *I work in the hospitality business and notice these things!!!
Don’t ever order birthday cakes from this location. They are terrible at managing the orders, we’ve had them forget or “lose” two cake orders so far. It makes it tough on the special event because we plan to pick up the cakes on that day and then show up and get told they don’t have the order.
On top of that, they won’t even give a discount on one of their ready-made cakes for the major inconvenience.
This location needs better management and accountability.
