Dolina Bakery was recommended to us by a friend and it completely exceeded our expectations!!! The food and service was spectacular. Everyone was so helpful with requests and recommendations. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner towards the end of our meal and since they were closing she had some banana cream pies left and gifted us with one to try! She insisted as they prefer to keep things fresh. Will definitely be back and highly recommend this not so hidden gem. Thanks so much!

Food is good, but place is next to service station and outdoors is absolutely not impressive.

Definitely get the bacon date scone! The chocolate chip cookies with all the stuff in them is epic. I really liked the banana cream pie, it's crunchy and creamy with a touch of chocolate, it works well. For savory dishes I did like the chicken & waffles. I however expected fried chicken and it was a chicken tender. The flavor and texture were terrific. They pair it up with a delicious shaved fennel and apple slaw, so refreshing. My dissatisfaction was with the waffle. It lacked heart and substance. It was unlike any waffle ive ever had, very lite, very crunchy, hollow and it didn't come with butter which is a mortal sin. I requested butter and it never showed up. I threw the waffle to the birds. My companion ordered the borsch and loved it. As for covid: it's the best food i've had in Santa Fe since everything changed. The parking lot eatery is tough and not for me but I think they are really trying and doing pretty well. Finally, staff apologized proactively about forgetting my butter and gave me a cookie respectfully. It earned a good review and i hope you go try their food, enjoy their service and help them survive a challenging time.

The breakfast burrito and Mexican mocha are outstanding. We also got a strudel and chocolate croissant and they were excellent: flaky pastry and delicious filling. We'll be back for sure.
