My package was delivered to the wrong address and FedEx admitted that they delivered it to the wrong address and refuse to do anything to correct it.
Driver pulled in yard making ruts instead of getting out and telling me he just backed out and drove off. Driver did not even leave package tried calling and was on hold for an hour. Worst customer service I have seen in a long time.
Good interview
Drop off locations listed we're closed even when they were supposed to be open. Per Google Maps. Then Had a simple question, where can I drop off a package to be shipped? Nothing but a automated menu recording that didn't help at all.
If I could chose any other carrier on planet earth I would. 100% of boxes delivered by FedEx are either damaged beyond comprehension or delivered to the wrong house. They dont take ownership and could care less. If I order something that has FedEx delivery I know I'm screwed.
