Do not do business here. They lied about what I owed on a trial for hotspot after I turned out it back in at the appointed time. When I got a late bill months later, corporate Verizon told me it was the store's job to take care of it. I called numerous times and each time they said they would take care of it and would call me back. Now they are completely ignoring me and not calling me back.
Had great service from them. Walked in and was greeted and taken care of right away.
Gavin was exceptional!! He assisted me and my girlfriend Traci with getting us each a new phone upgrade, new tablet, and accessories, all within our price range. I would highly recommend this store and specifically Gavin. Our customer experience with it all was outstanding!!!
Omar, Caleb, and Taylor were super helpful when my husbands iPhone crashed. We were able to get him a new phone and myself. They showed us how they both worked and helped set everything up. And were so nice! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE!! Thanks guys!
