It was a great shopping experience! A service Representative helped us get our tile products, made sure we had the right ones. Bill did a great job helping us make the right decisions. We had an enjoyable short instruction guide from him. He went above and beyond making sure our Lowes needs visit was productive and we went home with what we needed. Cashier was wonderful making sure I got my Military Discount. Excellent Lowe's I feel reflects on great management. Lowe's varies from store to store. Some the employees hide from you or act dumb. Others Fantastic. This was a fantastic Lowe's

The best lowes ever. There is a gentleman named Pat in their plumbing department that is excellent. Amazing knowledge, friendly and exceptional customer service. He has saved us time and money on our bathroom and kitchen remodel. He explains things well and always gets you what you need. We have been in there 3 different times to work on projects and he always greets us with a warm hello like old friends. We are thankful for him and our neighborhood lowes.

Curbside is awful here. Prepare to have at least 15 minutes just to get through the phone to someone every single time, and it doesn't matter if you are the only customer or not. Extremely time consuming process, and you better hope you don't have to drive around the side of the building to get anything or you're going to be stuck another half hour. Update...go during the week day. Much better service. Avoid evening and weekend

Lows is a pretty great place to shop and home depot for that matter. Great products to choose from just like everything prices are scary but acceptable. The only real problem with lows seems to be the knowledge of the new generation or should I say the care free attitudes that seemed to talk like they know-it-all but take you to the toilet paper aisle Instead of plywood
