This crew is a team of fighter jets in a world of propeller planes and wing suits.nIt became quickly evident that, for this team, there was no challenge too large, and no customer unworthy of their full efforts.nnWhen I entered the store with my problem I expected an apology, and instead I got a solution!nThe manager, Victor Febus, and his team of super-humans spent 7 of their valuable hours addressing my problem last night in order to ensure that I was able to remain in communication with the outside world without delay or cost to me. 1 of those 7 hours was after store closing time when they had every right to make me wait another day; but they didn’t.nThey sacrificed for me, and they’ll sacrifice for you too.nIf you have a problem; they have a solution.nIf you have an emergency; they have your back.nIf you have a grievance; they have a kind and patient ear to lend you.nFaster than a speeding text message; stronger than a 5G network; able to leap tall cell towers in a single bound!nIs it a bird? A plane? Superman!? No.nIt is Victor Febus and his team of heroes.

Went to this location expecting good customer service. Not the case in my experience. Upgraded phone. New phone was not set up to make calls SIM card was not installed ud83dude11 so now I'm on a 45min hold to get my phone activated. If your rep. Is Joshua good luck.

The manager at this location does not not how to talk to people. I’ve never had an issue walking into the store and getting help from the employees. Just called, asked a simple question and got the manager. She’s rude and kept saying “you can if you call customer care.” Horrible service! Just answer the question.nnThis is the location with the good service—> T-Mobile 100 SW 14th St Ste 18, Bentonville, AR 72712. Wayyy better service and can answer a simple question.

The service that I received at T-Mobile in Bentonville was totally marvelous. I appreciate the service that Isaac gave me and I am now glad that I am a T-Mobile member.
