Brian was able to figure out a problem issue that no one else in multiple store trips or by phone was able to do. Shout out to this young man! This review is for Brian and Josh (Promenade store), not Sprint itself. Josh L. went above and beyond to help me with our account issues. They were very helpful and kind - not pushy on sales. Sprint should promote them both (or AT&T should hire them)!! I would gladly do business with either of them again. Thanks, guys!

Normally going to your phone carrier is a huge pain in the butt and I absolutely dread going in with issues. This last week I went in because I had dropped my phone in the river (thankfully I purchased insurance in advance) Victor made the process so simple with great customer service. 24 hours later I receive my replacement device! Thank you for the excellent service!

Victor and Joab are fantastic with customer service! When another T-Mobile store couldn't help me these two calmly went about researching the issue and ultimately resolved it. They are very good.
