Average service exorbitant prices and mediocre
Photo book disaster! For my daughter's birthday I orderd a photo book of her spring break trip to Italy. 10 days after placing the order I went to the store to pick it up, they couldn't locate the book and they told me the order number didn't exist. They gave me a customer service number to call (which was wrong). When I got hold of customer service they told me it had been delivered 4 days ago. I had them speak with the associate in the store. They finally found the book after half an hour, I opened it to look before leaving, the front cover and rear cover were correct but the inside was another family with a new born. So glad I checked, needless to say I will never use their photo services again.
Very disorganized. I called and made sure they had my order because I didn’t receive a confirmation via email or phone, they said it was there. When I arrived they couldn’t find it anywhere and had to get a manager to check. Finally found it after 30 minutes of standing at the counter.
