Wayne may be a nice guy but professional and honest he is not.nI went in to discuss with Wayne a piece I needed to get redone.nHe sent me on a side trip to get the piece appraised.nWhen I contacted him again to discuss getting the work done he asked me to send him pictures of the piece. I followed those instructions, he told me he would call me with a estimate. I waited a week, no response.nI called him again and asked if he had reviewed the photos. His answernwas yes, he would have to look at them again and would call me back.nHe never called. This was poor professionalism. If the job was too complicated or too hard that's what you should have told me and notnwasted my time. My time is important like every customer you come inncontact.

Wayne is great! Very friendly and does an excellent job. We have used him twice now and both times the job was done in a timely manner. We will definitely use him in the future.
