LaVida Massage of Bentonville

This was my first time ever getting a professional massage. I was super nervous and didn't know what to expect. But Beth was amazing. She did an awesome job and the communication was excellent. I felt at ease immediately. She listened to my concerns and focused on the areas I specified. The pressure was perfect, the price was affordable, and the facility and staff were very nice. Definitely recommend!

I have been so glad to have my LaVida membership since originally purchasing over a year ago. Through the COVID pandemic, the professionalism of the people at the Bentonville location that I frequent has shown through like the brightest of lights. Everything is always so clean and comfortable. From the smiles and friendly assistance you'll receive at the front desk to the unbelievable relaxation provided by all the therapists, it is truly a well oiled machine run by some of the most incredible people you'll ever meet. So, to start off this was my first massage ever! My boyfriend surprised me with it because I had been experiencing some lower back pain and he was hoping this would provide me some relief. He scheduled me a massage with Beth. He requested that the massage therapist keep the talking during the massage to a minimum and to be gentle, because of my pain. She honored all requests plus some! It was an amazing experience from start to finish. I got a 60 minute massage with primary focus being my back. It was a very welcoming, relaxing, and clean environment! Beth did an amazing job at explaining everything before the massage and did not say ONE word during my massage, which was really important to maximize my relaxation. I was comfortable and very, very relaxed! I would 100% recommend Beth/La Vida to friends/family for a relaxing, amazing experience!!

A positive experience in every way. My services were a massage then a facial and I would recommend this combination for a thoroughly beneficial spa experience.
