We went into the store looking for a sectional for our new home and after looking around the store with the help of the sales associate John we found the one we wanted and it was supposed to be available within a couple weeks which was even better. Fast forward to a month out and no word on our couch. I called and was given some mixed info about where the pieces were located. I spoke with John our sales associate and he assured me he would check on the status of the couch with the various warehouses/manufacturers and call me back. From then on he communicated all updates with me in a timely manner. Our couch came in today and we were able to pick it up and could not be happier with the quality.

I purchased two mattresses and a bed frame on a Wednesday and I was told they would be in on either Friday or Monday. I called two weeks later and was told there was an issue but they will upgrade my mattress and guarantee it will be in on Fridays delivery. Friday comes and no mattress, call on Monday and still no mattress but was told they can have someone call me tomorrow. Everyone is friendly but if you are in a hurry to get your furniture I would go somewhere else. Sleeping on the floor sucks at my age! Update: Jeff fixed everything and I was able to pick up my mattresses! Thank you

Will not go there again. I went just to price a kitchen hutch. Saw a bed that I wanted. But they will not have me as a customer. One of the sales associates was behind me and didn't say a word. I initiated the conversation about the bed and then the about a kitchen hutch. She then followed me to the door as if I was going to steal something and carry it on my back!nYou lost a good potential customer!

Shopping here was enjoyable. I never felt hassled or pressured. I was able to take my time and walk through the entire store until I found what I was looking for. The salesman seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the right sectional sofa. He was thorough and informed about the purchase, and it was ready for pick up even quicker than planned. I will definitely recommend JR Furniture to others, and will return for any future furniture needs.
