SO HAPPY I went to Jeni! I've been searching for a stylist in NWA for 2 years and I've finally found a stylist I am excited to go back to. I LOVE my haircut, it's exactly what I was wanting. I love that they use clean products too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND JENI!

I have contemplated about posting this Review. But people need to know the truth. I went to the owner of the salon to get hand tied extensions for my first vacation. After the extensions were installed, I was charged $1,800. That wasn’t the problem- that price is average. Less than a week after having these extensions, I started losing hair in clumps. Over 100 strands at a time.... so I brought it to her attention. After ignoring me for three days, Nicole finally responded. She said she would fix them. Y’all when I tell you she SUPER GLUED my natural hair to the extensions, I am not joking. I was mortified. So I ordered my own hand tied wefts for another $500, and went to another stylist to put them in. So now I’ve spent over $2,000 on extensions.nI am on vacation and the entire wefts are falling out. They were placed in very unclean sections which caused my natural hair to dreads with the extensions. On my vacation, I had to go to another stylist in Florida to have them removed because they were itching so bad and ripping out my natural hair. After telling Nicole that I wanted half my money back, she refused, and told me to never contact her again. So total I spent $2,500 on hand tied extensions that lasted on week. I am so upset over the time that has been wasted and the money that has been wasted. I am also a salon owner and customers are my number one priority. I could NEVER understand how a fellow stylist could do me so dirty. I will never recommend this salon, they are just in it for the money. There is no passion behind the work. Do not waste your money.

They always offer you water or tea, they most of the time offer foot massages/head massages, they ask if you're doing okay multiple times while waiting under the hair heater while color sits. They are all just amazing people and because of how nice they are, I'm okay with spending the amount of money I do and because they do such a perfect job on hair. I leave there always satisfied and happy. Hailey is a hair fairy!! She took my way grown out hair and made me feel like a queen!! Very professional salon! Taking every precaution to keep everyone safe!

NEVER GO THERE!! They turned my hair blue when I wanted it blonde and nothing would take out the blue color because they left it sit on my hair too long bleaching and it deposited blue hues to my hair.. I had to put dark brown over it until it grew out. I would NEVER recommended this place!
